Are there any easy ways to get glycine?

Chicken foot, pigs legs take hours to cook and you cant even buy that. Oxtail is part of the spine.

I'd personally keep it simple and supplement with something like glycine, but that's just me. I find pork rinds abominable and as much as I love shrimp, I can't see myself eating 100g of it per day (but I would eat it in place of the supplement on those days). Also it could be worth saving it for when eating meat dishes.
A bone broth (very cheap to get left over bones from the butcher) does take a while to cook (some do it for 2 days), but then can be kept in the fridge for days and much more in the freezer. It can then provide a daily dose of collagen for a week.

I've been eating pork rinds lately, as an alternative to powdered gelatin. I think that counts. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Depends how much you're wanting. 1.225 grams of glycine in 100g of shrimp is very doable.

I guess people think standard commercial gelatin powder is no good. Since that is the case, no, there is not.
