Hairloss on legs

I noticed i hardly have any on the outside of my shin but the inside is hairy, a very distinct line.... any thoughts?

Compared to what I call my shins I have less hair on the back outer portions of my calves. I was almost sure that the difference in hair was due to wearing pants. Are we talking about the same thing?

If you did indeed have fur there to begin with I would concur with the other respondent about it being correlated with high estrogen, but not low testosterone necessarily.

From my careful perusal of naked calves at the gym, it tends to accompany varicose and/or spider veins, slightly fibrotic, leathery skin and a mild edema in the region ranging from the calves to the ankle of otherwise strapping lads.

I have the exact same issue. I haven't found any information about it other than people suggesting it's high estrogen/low T, possibly hyper symptoms.

Is the missing hair in such a spot where the top of a boot or shoe would rub?
