Adding cynoplus after taking only cynomel?

Since the peat ratio is thought of as 3:1 of t4:t3, how would one go about adding in cynoplus after taking purely cynomel?

I have been taking 3/4 of a tab of cynomel for a couple of weeks now. I was taking a little bit of cynoplus before and it was making me feel cold. Maybe it was because I upped the dosage too fast (went from 1/8, to 1/4, to 1/2 of a tab).

However if I added in cynoplus right now, probably at 1/8 of a tab, that would be nowhere near the ratio of 3:1 t4:t3. I would also probably take the cynoplus before bed unless there are better recommendations.

Any advice and experiences appreciated.

Interested if anyone has successfully added in cynoplus after being on cynomel only.

Also, if anyone has progressively acclimated to simply taking cynoplus in general, with or without prior t3 usage.

I noticed when I took a selenium tablet yesterday my whole body leaned up a bit. There wasn't this somewhat bloated look and feel. I take one 200mg capsule of pure selenomethionine once a week. Perhaps I should take it more often, or maybe eat more seafood instead. Don't have access to canned oysters right now however.

1/4 cynoplus
1/8 cynomel
gives you 30mcg t4 and 10.75mcg t3 which is pretty close to 3:1.

I divided all my pills into 4th's (cynoplus) and 6th's (cynomel) so I could take one of each with a meal, that gave me a ratio between 2:1 and 3:1

I think if cynoplus alone made you feel too cold, you should try closer to 2:1 range which would be about 1/8th cynoplus and 1/6 cynomel (scale up or down).

Ultimately you've got to experiment with the ratio's to see what works best. Seems like you have identified 4:1 as too high a ratio. So I might next try 2:1 and go from there.

Have had cold hands and feet for the past couple days. Can't tell for sure if it's from adding cynoplus because I just added it in yesterday.

Right now staying at a 2:1 ratio.

I also have his problem. I do great on small amounts of t3 taken once or twice per day. but cynoplus always immediately after having nice, full hands throughout the days makes them shrivel up and brings on the chill.

It doesn't make sense to me at all. What are the solutions to the problem of not receiving cynoplus well?

It seems like Danny Roddy had pretty bad hypothyroid and yet he takes quite a large quantity of cynoplus now I believe. I forgot the exact dosage

RP has said that taking up to 10mcg of t3 with a meal is okay. 6.25 and 7.5 mcg both seemed to be a problem for me. I believe that much t3 requires a lot of sugar or else it calls up a cortisol response. I just don't like sugar that much!

I still nibble a little cynomel with a meal, but it is probably 2-3mcg which seems fine.

Have you had success with cynoplus?

Not really. That was the 7.5mcg T3 I referenced (1/4 tablet also 30mcg t4). Even a quarter cynomel (6.25mcg) seemed to much, at least for me. RP has also said no more than 4mcg/hr at other times (not with meal).

Ok, I'll try asking in this thread.

When I take 1/6 Cynoplus 1/6 Cynomel after waking up I feel great.

Then I nibble Cynomel throughout the day (I don't know what I'm doing, basically) and I feel... not so great.

Should I do the Cynoplus/Cynomel combination three times a day?
