Help mi perro

My boy is 12.5, 73 pounds. He has arthritis in all legs but the front ones are really bothering him. I have him on yucca intensive (natural steroid) 10 drops 2xs/day, and curcumin 500 mg 2xs/day). I give him about a tablespoon of sugar on his food per day. He gets his yucca in about 1/8 cup milk.
The vet keeps talking about fishoil and rimadyl but I don't want to go that route.
I don't want him to suffer though. Any ideas to help the arthritic pain?

what happens is pretty much the same as in humans- inflammatory processes. So ,taking your dog off "normal" dog food and feeding him something without pufa and grains would be the first step. Only rice is ok, no potato or any other grain.
than, give him some liver form time to time for nutrients, also some cottage cheese for calcium, some digestible fruit( not oj or oranges), some honey for energy est. bone broths. I've been giving my dog 1/4 of grain of Thyroid-s since he had an epileptic seizure, together with all the diet changes of course.
